Dratholm is the capital of Dratholmshire, a county in the south-west of New Eluthea. It is governd by Aleister de Astley, an Earldorman under the rule of Cyning (King) G. Kholin of New Eluthea. The Righteous City is the Capital of New Elutea and capital of its county Beorssex. Its lies in the Black Pool, a huge artifical lake in the west of the country.
